摘 要:为分析酸雨和光强交互作用对芒萁Dicranopteris dichotoma光合系统及抗氧化酶活性的影响,采用模拟受控试验方法,设置4个酸雨浓度梯度(pH 3.0、4.0、5.6及7.0)和4种光照强度(21.6%、42.5%、69.8%及100%),其中,以pH 7.0和100%光强处理作为对照CK,测定芒萁的光合及生理指标。研究结果如下:(1)在不同酸雨浓度梯度影响下,全光对照和21.6%光强对芒萁的光合作用产生抑制,而42.5%及69.8%光强处理下则会产生促进作用,且此时光合能力较强;(2)不同酸雨浓度及光照强度下,芒萁的暗呼吸速率(Rd)及光饱和点(LSP)总体上均小于CK,光补偿点(LCP)均显著低于CK;(3)在不同酸雨浓度及光照强度下,芒萁的PSII原初光能转化效率(F_v/F_m)总体上均显著高于CK;(4)在不同光照条件下,MDA、蛋白质含量和SOD、POD活性均随着酸雨浓度的增加而增加,且总体上在42.5%光强下出现最小值。本论文得出芒萁为喜酸耐荫性植物,在本实验控制内,光强适应范围为-3.281μmol·m^(-2)s^(-1)至910.667μmol·m^(-2)s^(-1)。In order to analyze the effects of different simulated acid rain and light intensity treatments on photosynthetic system and antioxidant enzyme system in Dicranopteris dichotoma,potted plants were used to establish the experiment,the treatments was processed for four months and treatments include four different pH values of acid rain and different light intensities,photosynthetic and physiological indexes were measured.The results are as following:(1)The photosynthesis of seedlings were inhabited to different extents when exposed to acid rain at different level and 21.6%light intensity,while the treatment under 42.5%and 69.8%light intensity were promoted,and the photosynthesis capacity was stronger.(2)In different acid rain and light intensity,dark respiration rate(Rd)and light saturation point(LSP)of Dicranopteris dichotoma were less than CK basically,and the light compensation point(LCP)were significantly lower than CK.(3)In different acid rain and light intensity,the PSII efficiency of primary conversion of light energy(Fv/Fm)were significantly higher than CK basically.(4)In different light intensity,the content of MDA and protein content and the activity of Superoxide dismutase(SOD)and Peroxidase(POD)which were increased with the raised of the pH values of acid rain were got minimum value in the 42.5%light intensity.It was concluded that the Dicranopteris dichotoma is a acidophile and tolerance shade plants,the light adaptive range from-3.281μmol·m-2s-1 to 910.667μmol·m-2s-1.
