我院2012年～2017年出院患者平均住院日及其相关指标的变化分析

摘　　要：目的分析我院2012年～2017年出院患者平均住院日等住院指标的变化,为提高医疗服务质量和效率提供参考。方法通过绘制时间序列图观察出院患者平均住院日以及病床周转次数等指标的变化。结果我院出院患者平均住院日逐年下降,由11.3天降到10.6天;肿瘤科、神经内科、产科、骨科、神经外科、中医骨伤康复科、烧伤整形美容外科的床位配比对平均住院日影响重大;出院患者的人均费用逐年增加,但人均费用指数逐年降低。结论我院应进一步加快病床周转、合理配置各科室床位、医技科室需加强与临床科室的配合,以进一步降低平均住院日。Objective To analyze the changes in the average length of hospitalization(LOH)and related indicators of discharged patients in our hospital from 2012 to 2017,in an attempt to provide evidences for improving health care quality and efficiency.Methods Time series graph was drawn to observe the changes of average LOH and bed turnover rate.Results The average LOH of the discharged patients in our hospital decreased from 11.3 days to 10.6 days.The bed availability in the departments of oncology,neurology,obstetrics,orthopedics,neurosurgery,traditional Chinese medicine-based orthopedic rehabilitation,and burns and cosmetic surgery were strongly associated with the average LOH.The average cost of the discharged patients increased annually,but the index of medical expenses per capita decreased annually.Conclusion The average LOH should be further decreased in our hospital through speeding up the bed turnover,optimizing the allocation of beds among different departments,and strengthening the cooperation among clinical departments and auxiliary laboratory departments.
