新莽皇朝与社会各阶层利益博弈探析

摘　　要：新朝建立后,为了应对严重的统治危机,新莽政权遂以复古为旗帜,在经济领域内与社会各阶层展开了激烈的利益博弈。由于新朝在经济领域内将豪族阶层置于皇朝的对立面,导致政令在推行过程中遭遇强劲阻遏,同时新政推行及新政本身都存在着颇为严重的问题,而新政在执行过程中又被腐朽的官僚集团严重扭曲,因而新政一经推行便导致问题重重。在此情况下,由于民族关系措置失当,消耗了新莽政权大量的人力与物力,使其不得不持续加重对吏民的盘剥,最终导政统治崩溃。After the establishment of the Xin dynasty,in order to cope with the serious crisis of governance,Wang Mang's ruling group had launched a fierce interest game to social classes in the economic field under the banner of retro restructuring.But because HaoZu class economic interests had been seriously violated by the new deal,so The new deal had been strongly opposed by Haozu strong in the process of implementation,and there are very serious problems whether the implementation of the new deal or the new deal itself,and the new deal was severely distorted by the corrupt bureaucracy in the implementation process.Thus,from the beginning of the implementation of the new deal,it has produced a series of problems.In this case,Xinmang Dynasty had spent a lot of manpower and material resources in order to deal with the ethnic relations,so they were forced to continue to increase the exploitation of the people,and eventually led to the collapse of the ruling regime.
