摘 要:对低速小角度摆动的固体润滑球轴承运转寿命进行了理论分析与试验研究。基于滚动球轴承的弹性力学与运动学,对滚动体与套圈之间的相对滑移速度进行了分析,并在外滚道控制理论边界条件下对分析结果进行了简化。结合固体界面Archard磨损模型,给出了小角度摆动MoS_2固体润滑轴承寿命的估算公式。针对公式中涉及的小角度摆动运转工况,开展了固体润滑轴承机构的真空加速寿命试验,试验结果表明轴承在小角度摆动的典型工况下寿命超过2. 3×10~6次,符合寿命估算公式的理论计算结果,验证了理论分析的正确性。低速小角度摆动工况下的固体润滑轴承寿命估算公式表明其寿命与速度无关、与载荷成非线性相关以及与材料强度成正比。The theoretical analysis and experiment research for the low-speed and small-angle-swing solid lubricated ball bearings was discussed.Based on the elasticity and kinematics of rolling ball bearings,the relative slip speed between the roller and the ring is analyzed,and the analysis results are simplified by the external raceway control theory.Based on the solid interface Archard s wear model,an estimation formula for the life of the MoS 2 solid lubricated bearings with small-angle oscillations is given.For the small-angle swing bearings,the vacuum accelerated life test of the solid-lubricated bearing mechanism was carried out.The results show that the life of the test bearing in the conditions of small-angle swing exceeded 2.3×10 6 times,which was consistent with the life estimation formula s calculation results.Experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Solid-lubricated bearing life estimation model under low-speed,small-angle swing conditions indicates that the life-time is independent of speed,non-linearly related to the load,and proportional to the strength of the material.
