摘  要:为了研究差异沉降下多层砖砌体建筑结构抗震加固技术优化情况,选用四层砖砌体结构作为研究对象,通过ANSYS工程应用软件完成对研究工程的建模。利用SOLID45对地基土进行模拟;利用Drucker-Prager模式对土体进行模拟,给出约束条件并施加荷载。输入地震波选择汶川地震中卧龙岗地震采集部门采集的地震波,将Drucker-Prager屈服准则作为砌体建筑结构破坏准则。通过法向与切向弹簧把介质体连接在一起,将介质体间的节理面当成块体的边界,依据牛顿第二定律,研究介质体能量聚集及分散过程中的力学问题,实现能量分析。设计差异沉降下多层砖砌体建筑结构抗震加固技术,提出四种布桩方式。分析加固后对结构纵墙的影响和加固后对基础的影响,发现第一种布桩方式最佳。在地震作用下,比较不同技术下结构从基础开始变形至完全破坏的过程,完成能量分析和逆动力分析,发现所提技术对多层专题建筑结构的抗震加固性能好。In order to study the optimization of seismic reinforcement technology of multi-layer brick masonry structure under differential settlement,four layers of brick masonry structure is selected as the research object,and the modeling of the research project is completed by ANSYS engineering application software.SOLID45 is used to simulate the foundation soil,and the Drucker-Prager model is used to simulate the soil,and the constraints and loads are given.Seismic waves are selected to select the seismic waves collected by the Wollongang earthquake acquisition department in Wenchuan earthquake,and the Drucker-Prager yield criterion is used as the failure criterion of the masonry structure.By connecting the medium together with the tangential spring,the joint between the medium body is regarded as the boundary of the block body.According to Newton s second law,the mechanical problems in the process of energy accumulation and dispersion in the medium are studied,and the energy analysis is realized.The seismic strengthening technology of multi-storey brick masonry structure under differential settlement is designed,and four kinds of pile placement methods are put forward.After analyzing the influence of reinforcement on the longitudinal wall and the effect of reinforcement on the foundation,it is found that the first type of pile placement is the best.Under the action of earthquake,the structures of different technologies are compared to the process of deformation from the foundation to complete failure,and the energy analysis and the inverse dynamic analysis are completed,and the seismic reinforcement performance of the multi-layer thematic architecture is found.
