摘 要:为了探讨马关节液Ⅱ型胶原C末端3/4长度的裂解碎片(C2C)在马骨关节炎(OA)模型滑液中9周内的变化,试验选用13匹蒙古马,随机分为试验组(8匹)和对照组(5匹),试验组在马左侧腕关节注入2mL 25mg/mL的两性霉素B稀释液诱导OA模型,对照组注入等量生理盐水。于第0周和注射后的每周采集滑液。ELISA检测马关节液中C2C的浓度。结果表明,在9周内C2C浓度随OA病程增加而升高,从第2周开始显著增加(P<0.05),第4周开始极显著增加(P<0.01)。说明滑液中C2C可以作为马OA生物标志物,为以后马OA的早期诊断、监测疾病的发展、了解机体对治疗药物的反应提供理论依据。In order to investigate the changes of 3/4 length cleavage fragments of CollagenⅡC-terminal in synovial fluid of horses with osteoarthritis(OA)within 9 weeks,13 Mongolian horses were randomly divided into experimental group(8 horses)and control group(5 horses).The horses in experimental group were injected with 2 mL 25 mg/mL amphotericin B dilution into the left wrist of horses to induce OA model,and the control group received the same amount of normal saline.Synovial fluid was collected on week 0 and weekly after injection.ELISA was used to detect the concentrations of C2C in the synovial fluid.The results showed that the concentrations of C2C increased with the increase of the course of OA in 9 weeks(P<0.05),and significantly increased from the 4th week(P<0.01).C2C in synovial fluid can be used as a biomarker of horse OA,and it will provide a theoretical basis for the early diagnosis of horse OA,monitoring the development of the disease and understanding the body's response to the treatment of drugs.
