摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)是一种急性、高度接触性的传染病,给我国乃至全球的养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失,目前其致病机制还不完全清楚。自噬是通过降解大分子物质及回收受损细胞器来维持细胞内环境稳态变化的一种生理现象,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)感染能够引起自噬,自噬信号在病毒的感染和复制中发挥着重要作用。因此,论文从PRRSV病原、基因型、致病机制、自噬诱导过程、自噬常用标记物等方面对PRRSV感染与细胞自噬的相互关系进行了综述,为阐明PRRSV的致病机制提供参考。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is an acute,highly contagious infectious disease,which brought huge economic losses to the pig industry all over the world.The pathogenesis of PRRS is not fully explained until now.Autophagy is a physiological phenomenon that stabilizes the steady state changes in the cell environment by degrading macromolecules and recovering damaged cells.PRRSV infection can cause autophagy.Autophagy plays a role in viral infection and replication.Therefore,this paper summarized the correlation of autophagy and PRRSV infection based on PRRSV pathogen,genotype,pathogenesis,autophagy induction process,autophagy markers,for further discussing the pathogenesis of PRRSV.
