摘  要:褪黑素是存在于从藻类到人类等多种生物体中的一种激素类物质,具有调节睡眠、增强免疫力、抗衰老及抗肿瘤等作用。褪黑素在哺乳动物中主要是由松果体合成且合成量很少,但是对动物的生长发育有着十分重要的意义,同时也对动物毛皮的质量和等级有着重要的影响。褪黑素可以诱导动物毛皮提前生长和成熟,有助于减少由于寒冷应激造成的体重减轻和毛皮损伤,降低饲养成本。褪黑素对毛皮动物的生产性能具有十分重要的作用,其影响多个皮肤毛囊生长相关基因的表达量。通过埋植褪黑素,应用荧光定量PCR技术研究与皮肤毛囊生长相关基因的表达情况,可以分析埋植褪黑素与皮肤毛囊相关基因表达量的关系。关注褪黑素对毛皮动物皮肤毛囊相关基因表达量的影响,可以从不同的角度解析褪黑素的作用机理,以此为基础探索哺乳动物毛皮品质的遗传机制,以期为阐明褪黑素合成障碍的相关疾病提供参考。Melatonin is a hormone that exists in many organisms ranging from algae to humans,with regulating sleep,enhancing immunity,anti-aging and anti-tumor effects.In mammals,melatonin is mainly synthesized by pineal glands and its synthesis amount is very little,but it is of great significance to the growth and development of animals and also has an important influence on the quality and grade of animal furs.Melatonin can induce premature growth and maturation of animal fur which helps to reduce weight loss and fur damage caused by cold stress and reduce feeding costs.Melatonin plays a very important role in the production performance of fur animals,which affects the expression levels of genes involved in hair follicle growth.The effect of melatonin on the expression of skin follicle-related genes was analyzed by implanting melatonin and using fluorescence quantitative techniques to study the expression of genes related to the growth of skin follicles.Concerned about the effect of melatonin on the expression of hair follicle-related genes in fur animal skin to explore the mechanism of action of melatonin,we can understand the melatonin mechanism of action in different angles.As a base to explore genetic mechanism of mammalian fur quality,we hope to provide a reference for the mechanism of melatonin synthesis obstacles related diseases.
