2017年中国普通人群H5和H9亚型流感病毒抗体水平检测分析

摘　　要：了解我国各省区人体H5和H9亚型流感病毒抗体水平变化,为我国流感防控政策的制定提供科学依据。2017年3月~4月份分批采集了来自中国大陆31个省市自治区18岁~94岁之间普通人群血样3 145份,采用微量血凝抑制试验检测H5和H9亚型流感病毒抗体水平。结果表明,我国人群中H5亚型流感病毒抗体总阳性率60.48%,阳性主要集中在18~29岁和70岁~99岁年龄段;H9亚型流感病毒抗体总阳性率为3.78%,阳性主要集中在30岁~39岁年龄段。从性别来看,H5和H9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率女性显著的高于男性。就地域而言,我国东北部分省市及沿海省市流感病毒抗体阳性率偏高,其中吉林省人群中H5亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率78.57%,海南省人群中H9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率为28.57%;我国中部及西北地区H5和H9流感病毒抗体阳性率较低。我国大部分省市人群中H5亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率显著高于H9亚型流感病毒抗体阳性率。In order to understand the changes of H5 and H9 subtype influenza virus antibody levels in Chinese,grasp the infection situation of influenza virus in China and provide the theoretical basis for the formulation of epidemic prevention policy,a total of 3 145 sera were collected from 18 to 94 years old in the period from March to April in 2017 from 31 provinces and cities in China's Mainland,and the levels of antibodies were detected by hemagglutination inhibition assay.The results showed that the antibody positive rate of H5 subtype influenza virus was 60.48%and mainly in the 18-29,70-79 ages;the antibody positive rate of H9 subtype influenza virus was 3.78%,and mainly in the 30 to 39 age group.The antibody positive rate of H5 and H9 subtype influenza viruses in women was higher than that in men.The highest antibody positive rate of H5 subtype influenza virus was 78.57%in Jilin Province,and the highest of H9 subtype influenza virus was 28.57%in Hainan Province.In terms of geographical area,antibody positive rate in the central region and the northwest region of China was relatively low.The antibody positive rate of H5 was higher than that of H9.
