摘  要:通过实验对环保新型材料——黑色尼龙6切片的萃取工艺进行了优化研究,并建立了通过阿贝折光仪检测萃取水中单体含量的快速定量方法。实验结果表明,萃取水中含单量与折射率呈良好的线性关系。优化萃取工艺条件,采用电磁加热炉、合金锅加热脱盐水,将尼龙6切片在浴比为1∶1.3的沸腾脱盐水中,萃取3 h后,换水萃取2 h,再次换水萃取1 h,即可结束萃取。萃取工艺条件经优化后,节省了大量萃取时间,既节约成本,又提高了效率。In this experiment,the extraction process of black nylon 6 chip,a new environmentally friendly material,was optimized,and a rapid quantitative method for detecting monomer content in extracted water by Abbe refractometer was established.The experimental results show that there is a good linear relationship between the refractive index and the monomer content in the extracted water.The extraction process conditions were optimized.The desalted water was heated by an electromagnetic heating furnace and an alloy pot.Nylon 6 chips were extracted in boiling desalted water with a bath ratio of 1∶1.3.After extraction for 3 h,the water was changed for extraction for 2 h,and the water was again changed for extraction for 1 h to complete the extraction.The optimized extraction process saves a lot of extraction time,saves the extraction cost and improves the extraction effect.
