摘　　要：中国足球的振兴是体育强国建设的重要使命和必然要求。面对中国足球发展薄弱的现状,如何集思广益找到中国足球振兴的道路是至关重要的。在访谈中,专家就中国足球改革语境下的管理体制变革、中国足球落后的根源、中国足球振兴的基点、中国足球振兴策略等方面展开了对话。讨论认为:中国足球振兴要克服体制机制的障碍,要加深对足球运动的理解,市场火爆了,经济水平提高了,并不代表竞技水平提高了;中国足球振兴要坚持域外经验与本土实际相结合的方式,最终要形成本土化的风格和特色,切忌风格、理念太过多元;中国足球振兴的关键在于足球人才的培养,而足球人才的培养要淡化名利,要符合当今国际强队的标配,还要形成统一的风格,具备合作的优秀品质。唯有如此,中国足球才有振兴的可能。The revitalization of China football is an important mission and inevitable requirement for the construction of the nation with sports power.Facing the weak development,how to brainstorm and find the way to revitalize China football is very important.In the interview,the experts had a dialogue on the management system reform,the root of China football backwardness,the basis point of China football revitalization,and the strategy of China football revitalization under the context of China football reform.The discussion holds that the revitalization of China football needs overcome the obstacles of the system and mechanism,deepen the understanding of football,the booming market and the improvement of economic level doesn't mean the improvement of the competitive level.The revitalization of China football should adhere to the way of combining foreign experience and local reality,and eventually form a local style and characteristics,avoid too many styles and ideas;The key to the revitalization of China football lies in the cultivation of football talents.However,the cultivation of football talents should dilute the fame and benefits,conform to the standard of today’s international top teams,form a unified style and have excellent qualities of cooperation.Only in this way can China football be revitalized.
