摘 要:中国传统政治思想孕育了丰富的官德文化,构成廉政建设的重要内容。明末东林党人的官德思想以善恶之辩和君子小人二分作为理论基础,并从君臣关系和君民关系的角度分别予以明确。在君臣关系方面,要以忠孝事君,明确孝忠的纲纪之约;在官民关系方面,要以良臣为规约,砥砺良心与良行。东林党人的官德思想对于新时代廉政建设依然具有重要的借鉴意义。Chinese traditional political thought has nurtured a rich culture of official morality,which constitutes an important part of the clean government′s construction.At the end of the Ming Dynasty,Donglin Faction put forward its own official morality thought.The thought was based on the debate between good and evil,as well as the dichotomy between the gentleman and the villain.They developed it from the perspective of the relationship between the monarch and the officers,and the relationship between the officers and people.In the former,the officers should be loyal to the monarch.In the latter,the officers should be kind to the people and be strict with themselves.Donglin Faction′s official morality thought still has important significance for the construction of a clean government in the new era.
