城镇化进程中创新社区党建工作研究

摘　　要：城镇化进程中,创新社区党建工作是充分发挥和体现社区党建重要性的应有之义;创新社区党建工作是应对社区发展和社区党建工作新形势的必然选择;创新社区党建工作是适应从单位制向社区制社会结构转化的必要举措;创新社区党建工作是深入落实十九大报告党建要求的重要手段。城镇化过程中社区党建工作面临的新形势和新挑战主要有:社区党建服务对象更加多元,社区党建环境更加复杂多变,党建模式将发生巨大变化等。构建城镇化进程中社区党建工作新格局就要积极创新组织设置,健全社区组织体系;创新选人用人机制,提升党务人员整体素质;构建城乡一体化党员动态管理机制,创新社区党建工作形式;转变活动内容载体,增强社区党建活力。In the process of urbanization,innovation is the proper meaning of giving full play to the importance of community Party building.Innovating community Party building is an inevitable choice to deal with the new situation of community development and community Party building.It is a necessary measure to adapt to the transformation from the social structure of unit system to community and an important means to thoroughly implement the requirements of Party building in reports of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In the process of urbanization,the new situation and new challenges faced by the community party building work are mainly as follow:community Party building services are more diverse;community Party building environment is more complex and changeable;Party building mode will undergo tremendous changes and so on.To build a new pattern of community Party building work in the process of urbanization,we must actively innovate organizational setup and improve the system of community organizations,innovate the selection and employment mechanism to improve the overall quality of Party personnel,build a dynamic management mechanism for urban and rural integration of Party members,innovate the work style of community Party building,and change the content carrier of activities to enhance the vitality of community Party building.
