应用型本科独立学院校企协同育人探析

摘　　要：创立高校与企业间的联合培养人才机制,让企业参与到学院人才方案制订、课程理论教学、实践教学、职业素养等人才培养环节,不断深化校企间协同育人,积极探索校企间产学结合合作方式,强化实践教学环节,建立实习基地建设准入制度和实习基地评价体系、充分发挥实习基地校外实践教学育人功能,加强实习基地校外实习管理,在培养本科应用型、复合型、创新型人才方面发挥重要作用。Established joint training talents mechanism between university and enterprise,make enterprises to participate in the school of talents scheme,curriculum theory teaching,practice teaching and professional talent training,cooperative education between the deepening colleges and enterprises,and actively explore the combination between production university-enterprise cooperation way,strengthen the practice teaching link,build practice base construction access system and evaluation system for practice base,and give full play to the teaching practice base outside school education function,strengthen the administration of the practice base outside school practice in cultivating undergraduate practical,and innovative talents play an important role.
