基于“环境、生活、课堂”一体化的高职航海类专业人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：海员职业具有很强的国际性,需要取得国家海事局规定的统一职业资格方可从事,这使得生源多样化下的航海专业教学出现诸多困境。因此,学校需要分析海员职业素养所存在的问题、成因,转换教学模式,从"环境、生活、课堂"等三个途径构建一体化的航海类人才培养模式,以提高教学效果,适应职业从事要求。The seafarers’profession is of international features,and it is necessary to obtain the unified vocational qualifications prescribed by the national Maritime Safety Administration.This leads to lots of predicaments in the teaching of maritime-related specialties under the diversification of students.Therefore,the college needs to analyze the problems and causes of seafarers’professional quality,change teaching mode,and construct an integrated maritime talent cultivation mode from three approaches of“environment,life and classroom”,to improve the teaching effect and adapt to professional requirements.
