摘  要:[目的]研究激素和扦插基质对高山杜鹃插穗生根状态的影响。[方法]以高山杜鹃当年生半木质化枝条作为插穗材料,研究了不同的激素种类及浓度、扦插基质、有无VC预处理对插穗生根状态的影响。[结果]适宜的激素种类和浓度可以提高杜鹃扦插的成活率。200 mg/L IAA处理生根率最高,为58.89%; 200 mg/L NAA处理的最长不定根和根幅的生长状态最佳; 200 mg/L IBA处理插穗的不定根数最多。当激素浓度都为100 mg/L时,GA3处理插穗的生长状态最佳。高浓度IBA条件下,插穗的最适浓度为1 000 mg/L。扦插前用维生素C溶液浸泡预处理可以提高插穗的成活率。[结论]该研究为提高杜鹃扦插的成活率提供理论依据。[Objective]To research the effects of hormones and cutting substrate on the rooting status of Rhododendron simsii Planch.cuttings.[Method]With current year semi-lignified branches of R.simsii as the cutting materials,we researched the effects of hormones type and concentration,cutting substrates,V C pretreatment on rooting status of cuttings.[Result]Proper hormone type and concentration could enhance the survival rate of R.simsii cuttings.200 mg/L IAA treatment had the highest rooting rate,which was 8.89%.200 mg/L NAA treatment had the optimal growth status of the longest adventitious roots and roots range.200 mg/L IBA treatment showed the most adventitious roots.When the hormone concentration was 100 mg/L,cuttings of GA 3 treatment showed the optinal growth status.Under high concentration of IBA,the optimal concentration for cuttings was 1 000 mg/L.Pretreatment of soaking in V C solution could enhance the survival rate.[Conclusion]This research provided theoretical basis for enhancing the survival rate of R.simsii.
