配方施肥对杜仲叶产量与杜仲胶含量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究配方施肥对杜仲叶产量与杜仲胶含量的影响。[方法]对乐山沙湾葫芦镇2年生胶用杜仲林进行施肥试验,通过6个施肥配比(NPK组、PK组、NK组、PN组,微量元素组、NPK+微量元素组)和1次与2次等量供肥处理,研究其对杜仲叶产量与杜仲叶中杜仲含胶量的影响。[结果]1次供肥杜仲平均单株叶产量:NPK组为685.97 g、PK组545.61 g、NK组573.31 g、PN组610.23 g、微量元素组472.64 g、NPK+微量元素组734.29 g; 2次供肥杜仲平均单株叶产量:NPK组为745.64 g、PK组596.48 g、NK组619.97 g、PN组675.17 g、微量元素组515.28 g、NPK+微量元素组810.29 g。1次供肥杜仲叶中杜仲胶含量:NPK组为2.03%、PN组1.94%、NK组1.89%、PK组1.83%、微量元素组1.85%、NPK+微量元素组2.13%; 2次供肥杜仲叶中杜仲胶含量:NPK组为2.16%、PN组2.11%、NK组2.02%、PK组1.96%、微量元素组1.98%、NPK+微量元素组2.21%。[结论]6个施肥配比杜仲叶产量和杜仲胶含量均明显高于对照组,2次供肥处理的NPK+微量元素组对杜仲叶产量和杜仲胶含量增量效果最好。[Objective]To study effect of formula fertilization on leaf yield and rubber content of Eucommia ulmoides.[Method]Fertilization experiment was conducted on 2-year-old rubber of Eucommia ulmoides Linn in Hulu District of Leshan.The fertilization ratio of 6 fertilizers(NPK group,PK group,NK group,PN group,microelement group,NPK+microelement group)and once and twice fertilizer treatment was set,and its effect on leaf yield and gum content of Eucommia ulmoides was explored.[Result]Average yield per plant of Eucommia ulmoides in once time was NPK 685.97 g in NPK goup,545.61 g in PK group,573.31 g in NK group,610.23 g in PN group,472.64 g in microelement group,734.29 g in NPK+microelement group.The average yield per plant of Eucommia ulmoides in twice fertilizer was 745.64 g in NPK group,596.48 g in PK group,619.97 g in NK group,675.17 g in PN group,515.28g in microelement group,and 810.29g in NPK+microelement group.The gum content of Eucommia ulmoides in fertilizer was 2.03%in NPK group,1.94%in PN group,1.89%in NK group,1.83%in PK group,1.85%in trace elements group,and 2.13%in NPK+trace elements group.The gum content of Eucommia ulmoides in twice fertilizer was 2.16%in NPK group,2.11%in PN group,2.02%in NK group,1.96%in PK group,1.98%in trace elements group,and 2.21%in NPK+trace elements group.[Conclusion]The yield and gum content of Eucommia ulmoides leaves were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the yield and gum content of Eucommia ulmoides leaves were best in the NPK+microelement group treated with twice fertilizer.
