摘 要:针对笼养鸡发酵床的配套管理装置进行分析研究,从机构设计、建造步骤、性能创新点以及应用前景4个方面对适用于笼养鸡发酵床管理的翻耙机的设计、研制工作进行了阐述,并就设计、研制的细节进行详细叙述,提示该类型装置的应用可以显著提升养鸡发酵床的生产效能,利于资金量小的养鸡户的升级改造,保护环境。The supporting management device of cage fermentation bed was elaborated.The design and development of the tiller suitable for caged chicken fermentation bed management were described from four aspects:mechanism design,construction steps,performance innovation and application prospect.The details of the design and development were described in detail.It was suggested that the application of this type of device can significantly improve the production efficiency of chicken fermentation bed.It is beneficial to the upgrading of chicken households with small amount of money,and at the same time,it can protect the environment.
