摘 要:[目的/意义]公共安全危机事件频发,已成为我们强国之路上的绊脚石。政府为主导的网络舆情引导效果不佳且有诸多消极影响,因此探究公共安全危机事件网络舆情的协同疏解具有一定的理论价值和实践意义。[方法/过程]采用案例分析法,通过全面梳理长生疫苗事件网络舆情的应对情况及付出的代价。[结果/结论]运用利益相关者等相关理论对公共安全危机事件网络舆情的协同主体进行分析,提出了公共安全危机事件网络舆情协同疏解体系,并结合长生疫苗事件网络舆情,提出提升涉事企业的危机公关能力,政府及相关部门完善制度建设与监管机制。[Purpose/Significance]The frequent occurrence of public security crises has become a stumbling block on the road for China to become a strong country.The government-led network public opinion guidance is not effective and has many negative effects.Therefore,exploring the network public opinion coordination of public security crisis events has certain theoretical value and practical significance.[Method/Processe]This article uses the case analysis method to comprehensively sort out the response situation and the cost of the Changsheng Vaccine Incident.[Result/Conclusion]Using relevant theories such as stakeholders to analyze the collaborative subjects of network public opinion of public security crisis,this paper puts forward a network public opinion coordination system for public security crisis events.Combined with the network sentiment of the Changsheng Vaccine Incident,it proposes to enhance the crisis public relations capability of the involved enterprises,and to prompt the government and relevant departments to improve the system construction and supervision mechanism.
