摘  要:针对某型自行高炮火控系统在线性能测试的需求,设计了一种火控系统并行通信信号在线检测模块。该测试模块将待测装备信号引入模块输入端,根据并行通信信号的时序实现分时多点数据采集,并传输到主控计算机进行数据的分析与处理。对监测节点的设置进行了分析与选择,设计了监测系统结构与测试接口。测试结果表明,该测试模块能够实现对稳定跟踪系统、火控计算机系统和火炮随动系统等火控系统主要单体之间并行通信信号的在线测试和分析,及时发现系统异常。Aiming at the online performance test requirements of the antiaircraft artillery fire control system,an online parallel communication signals detection module for fire control system is proposed in this paper.This detection module put the signals to the input end of module,according to the time sequence of parallel communication signals,it can realize time-sharing multi-point data acquisition.And the measure data is transferred to the main control computer for data analysis and processing.The deployment of the monitoring node is analyzed,and the detection system structure and the test interface are designed.The experimental results show that proposed detection module can realize the online testing and analysis of parallel communication signals between the stable tracking system,the fire control computer system and the artillery servo system,and it could discovery the system exception timely.
