摘  要:探讨地下水对地下室的危害,阐明基坑支护止水帷幕失效是造成工程事故的主要因素之一。失效的止水帷幕若不及时加以补救,还将造成支护结构逐步失效,不仅使基坑施工中的工程难以继续,同时对周边环境和地下室造成影响。通过某地下室抗浮事故的工程加固实例,分析上浮原因和结构破坏机理及事故处理,对地下室结构进行泄水和永久抗浮处理及结构加固处理,并取得了良好的经济和社会效益。Discusse the harm of groundwater to basement,and expound that the failure of water-proof curtain of foundation pit support is one of the main factors causing engineering accidents.If the failure of the waterproof curtain is not remedied in time,it will also cause the gradual failure of the supporting structure,which not only makes the foundation pit construction difficult to continue,but also affects the surrounding environment and basement.Based on an engineering example of anti-floating accident of a basement,analyze the cause of floating,the mechanism of structural failure and the treatment of accidents,and carrie out the treatment of leakage and permanent anti-floating of the basement structure and the reinforcement of the structure,and achieves good economic and social benefits.
