肾康注射液与肾康栓序贯治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究肾康注射液与肾康拴序贯治疗对于糖尿病肾病患者临床疗效影响,并对其机制分析。方法将120例诊断为糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例。对照组予西医常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予肾康注射液与肾康栓序贯治疗,时限为24周。治疗结束后观察2组患者尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UP)、肾肌酐清除率(Cr)、胱抑素C(Cys C)、血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]及血糖[餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FBG)]比较。结果 2组治疗后血糖2 h PG、FPG、血脂(TC、TG)、24 h UP、Cr、UAER、Cys C水平均有所改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义;治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论肾康注射液与肾康栓序贯治疗对于糖尿病肾病患者临床效果明显,临床值得推广。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of sequential therapy of Shenkang injection combined with Shenkang suppository on diabetic nephropathy,and to explore its action mechanism.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional western medicine,however,the aptientsin treatment group,on the basis of control group,were treated by Shenkang injection combined with Shenkang suppository,with a treatment course of 24 weeks for both groups.The urinary microalbumin excretion rate(UAER),24h urine protein quantitation(24hUP),renal creatinine clearance rate(Cr),cystatin C(CysC),blood lipid indexes including TC and TG,and blood glucose indexes including 2hPG and FBG were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of 2hPG,FPG,TC,TG,24hUP,Cr,UAER,CysC were improved in both groups,moreover,which in treatment group were superior to those in control group.In addition the total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic effects of sequential therapy of Shenkang injection combined with Shenkang suppository on diabetic nephropathy are quite significant,therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
