摘  要:针对塔式起重机在工作过程中需要对其起重高度进行采集的要求,设计了基于zigbee的塔机起升高度采集系统,该系统采用模块化的设计思路,通过BMP085模块采集数据、经过Zigbee网络发送给STM32终端实现对塔机起升高度的智能监控,该系统具有组网方便、成本低、功耗小的特点,满足了对塔机起重高度实时监控的要求。实验测试表明,该系统能够实现快速组网、传感器实时发送数据以及界面显示等功能,对塔式起重机的安全监控以及事故分析具有重要的实际意义。This paper designs the height acquisition system based on ZigBee aiming at monitoring the running status of tower crane and obtaining its operation data so as to ensure the safe operation of the tower crane system.It adopts the modular design thinking,through the BMP085 acquisition module,Zigbee network module and the STM32 terminal module to realize intelligent monitoring of tower crane.The system has the characteristics of convenient network,low cost and low consumption,and meets the requirements of real-time monitoring of tower crane.Experiments shows that the system can achieve fast networking,sensors can transport real-time data and information can be displayed on terminal.The research has important practical significance on tower crane safety monitoring and accident analysis.
