摘 要:农用机械液压执行元件的制动缓冲性能对其寿命及可靠性有很大的影响,而由于农用机械特殊的工况环境及性价比要求,导致其制动过程中存在较大液压冲击。针对农用机械液压系统在起、制动过程中存在压力突变,导致液压管路和元件的损坏并降低使用寿命的问题,本文提出了一种并联阻尼液压缓冲阀的原理设计。根据某型农机液压系统参数,利用AMESim仿真平台对该缓冲阀进行了液压缸制动性能仿真分析。分析结果表明,该缓冲元件在兼顾制动时间和制动距离的情况下,可以将起、制动压力超调控制在20%以内。相对于目前通用的集成多路阀液压缓冲系统,该缓冲阀具有性价比高、工况适应性强等特点,可广泛应于农用机械液压缓冲系统。The braking performance of agricultural machinery hydraulic actuator has a great influence on its service life and reliability,while there is a large hydraulic shock in the braking process due to its special working conditions and cost performance.The service life of hydraulic piping and components is reduced in response to the sudden pressure increase,a new type of parallel damping hydraulic buffer valve is put forward and designed.With the parameters of hydraulic system given by a certain type of agricultural machinery,the simulation of braking performance is carried out in AMESim software.The simulation results show that the designed buffer valve realized the braking pressure overshoot mutation within 20%and within the limits of both the braking time and distance.Compared with the commonly-used integrated multi-way valve hydraulic buffer system,the new type of buffer valve has the features of strong adaptability and cost-effective.It can be used in agricultural machinery hydraulic buffer system.
