摘  要:选用赤泥、电解锰渣复合激发钢渣活性,系统研究不同比例复合激发剂对钢渣活性的影响以及激发机理。利用XRD和SEM对钢渣胶凝材料水化产物进行矿物相分析和微观表征,比较不同龄期的钢渣活性指数。结果表明,当钢渣、赤泥、电解锰渣三者的质量配合比为3∶1∶2时,对钢渣活性激发效果最佳,钢渣7 d的活性指数从46%提高到82%,28 d的活性指数从61%提高到82%。赤泥、电解锰渣复合激发剂能够促进钢渣水化产物中C-S-H凝胶、AFt晶体的形成,减少了Ca(OH)_2的形成,增大了钢渣水化浆体的密实度,从而提高了钢渣的活性。Red mud and manganese slag were combined to stimulate the activity of steel slag.The effect of different proportions of compound activators on the steel slag activity and the activation mechanism were studied systematically.The microstructures and mineral facies analysis of the hydration products of steel slag cementitious materials were carried out by XRD and SEM.The activity index of steel slag at different ages was compared.The results showed that when the ratio of steel slag,red mud and electrolytic manganese slag is 3∶1∶2,the activity of steel slag is the best.The activity index of steel slag 7 d increased from 46%to 82%,and the activity index of 28 d increased from 61%to 82%.the compound activator of red mud and electrolytic manganese slag can promote the formation of hydrated calcium silicate gel and the formation of ettringite in the hydration products of steel slag,and increase the compactness of steel slag hydrated paste,Thus,the activity of steel slag is improved.
