再生骨料抹灰砂浆抗冻性能试验研究

摘　　要：采用由废弃混凝土制得的再生细骨料和再生粉体分别作为骨料和掺合料制备抹灰砂浆,选取萘系高效减水剂和抹灰砂浆用复合外加剂作为两种不同的外加剂,以此研究不同胶砂比下,再生粉体掺量和外加剂种类对再生骨料抹灰砂浆抗冻性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着胶砂比的减小和再生粉体掺量的增加,再生骨料抹灰砂浆的抗冻性能逐渐减弱,并且选用复合外加剂的砂浆抗冻性能优于选用萘系高效减水剂的砂浆抗冻性能。胶砂比1∶3时,其强度损失率和质量损失率平均值分别为18.65%、1.67%,胶砂比1∶5时则分别增大至34.13%、6.67%;再生粉体掺量为0时的砂浆强度损失率平均值为17.28%,质量损失率平均值为1.78%,然而当掺量为30%时,两者平均值依次达38.32%、6.98%。In order to study the effect of different cement-sand ratio,recycled powder admixture and additives on the frost resistance of recycled aggregate plastering mortar,selecting naphthalene reducing and compound additive as two different additives,and using recycled fine aggregate and recycled powder from waste concrete respectively as aggregate and admixtures to prepare plastering mortar.The results show that with the decreases of cement-sand ratio and the increases of recycled powder admixture,the frost resistance of recycled aggregate plastering mortar decreased gradually,and the frost resistance that selecting compound admixture is superior to selecting the naphthalene super plasticizer.Cement-sand ratio of 1∶3,the strength loss rate and the mass loss rate of an average of 18.65%and 1.67%respectively,cement-sand ratio of 1∶5,that were increased to 34.13%and 6.67%;recycled powder admixture rate was 0,the strength loss rate of average value was 17.28%,the mass loss rate of average value was 1.78%,when the content was 30%,the values for each reached 38.32%and 6.98%.
