摘　　要：针对胜利油田在业务流程E化(电子化)过程中面临的主要问题,依托油田多年在流程E化方面的探索与建设经验,提出以构建油田统一的流程平台,完善"开发-测试-生产"完整平台环境链为基础,以建设胜利油田"企业流程服务生态圈"为目标,解决油田在业务流程E化过程中的信息孤岛、流程复杂等问题,从而降低业务流程在设计开发、部署、优化及维护方面的成本开销,实现流程平台的高并发(系统同时并行处理请求的能力)及动态伸缩的能力。2017年该平台流程办理量为187 309个,流程完成率85%,比上一年同期提升20%;流程完成及时率87%,比上一年同期提升22%。According to the main problems that Shengli Oilfield faced in the electronization of business processes,and based on experiences in the exploration and construction of process electronization for many years,it is proposed by taking constructing a unified process platform in the field and improving the integrated platform environmental chain of development,testing and production as the basis,and constructing the ecosphere of enterprise process services of Shengli Oilfield as the purpose,the problems of information isolated island and complex processes in the electronization of business processes in the oilfield are solved.Then the cost of business processes in designing,developing,deploying,optimizing and maintaining can be reduced,and ability of high concurrency(the ability that system can realize parallel processing at the same time)and dynamic flexibility of the process platform can be realized.In 2017,the platform treated 187 309 businesses,with a process completion rate of 85%,up 20%than last year,with a process timeliness rate of 87%,up 22%than last year.
