摘 要:通过开展国外天然气脱硫及硫磺回收技术的调研,深入分析了各类天然气脱硫及硫磺回收工艺技术特点,其中脱硫工艺技术主要从化学法、物理法、化学物理法、生化法4大类进行分析;硫磺回收工艺技术主要从直接氧化法、亚露点法、富氧克劳斯法、还原吸收法和氧化吸收法5类进行分析。对各类方法的适用范围及应用成熟度进行适应性分析,通过图版法、工艺排序法、比较法、联合脱硫法等确定某类含硫气田脱硫及硫磺回收工艺优选设计原则,为含硫气田脱硫工艺优选设计提供参考和借鉴。实例分析了国外典型大型脱硫厂在不同工况下天然气的脱硫和硫磺回收工艺优选设计,应用表明这套天然气脱硫及硫磺回收工艺优选设计原则具有较好的实用性。By the means of investigating the natural gas desulfurization and sulfur recovery process abroad and deeply analyzing the characteristic of various desulfurization and sulfur recovery technologies,the desulfurization process is mainly analyzed from four categories of chemical,physical,chemical and physical,and biochemical methods and sulfur recovery process is mainly analyzed by the direct oxidation method,sub-dew point method and oxygen-enriched Claus method,reduction absorption method and oxidation absorption method.The applicability and application maturity of various methods are analyzed.The selection design principle of the desulfurization and sulfur recovery process for a certain type of sulfur-containing gas field is determined by means of the chart method,process sequencing method,comparison method and combined desulfurization method,providing references for the desulfurization process selection design of sulfur-containing gas field.Through case analysis,the selection design and application of the natural gas desulfurization and sulfur recovery process in typical large-scale desulfurization plants abroad under different working conditions are taken as an example,showing that this set of selection design principles for natural gas desulfurization and sulfur recovery process has good practicability.
