摘  要:阿尔油田原油掺水集输系统主要是根据季节变化及现场经验调整掺水温度和掺水量,致使掺水系统能耗较高。为了节能降耗,以阿尔油田阿尔3断块90阀组集油环为试验对象,根据现场的实际情况,利用PIPESIM软件模拟掺水集油流程。在PIPESIM软件中以井口回压低于1.5MPa和回液温度高于原油凝固点5℃以上为集输约束条件,分别模拟试验了掺水量、掺水温度、产液量、环境温度、井口温度、综合含水率和回油温度之间相互关系和影响程度。通过软件模拟试验,为原油掺水集输系统的掺水温度和掺水量的调整提供参考数据,为其他区块油田的原油掺水集输参数的调节提供了理论依据。The water-blended crude oil gathering and transportation system in A'er Oilfield mainly adjusts water-blended temperature and water-blended amount based on seasonal variation and field experiences,which leads to high energy consumption of the water-blended system.In order save energy and reduce consumption,taking the oil gathering ring of the 90#valve group in 3#fault block of A'er Oilfield as an example,and according to the actual situation in the field,the PIPESIM software is used to simulate the water-blended oil gathering process.In the PIPESIM software,on condition that the wellhead back pressure is less than 1.5 MPa and the return liquid temperature is higher than 5℃above the freezing point of crude oil,the relationship and influence degree of water-blended amount,water-blended temperature,liquid production capacity,environmental temperature,wellhead temperature,comprehensive water content and return oil temperature are simulated.Through the software simulation test,the reference data are provided for the adjustment of water-blended temperature and water-blended amount of crude oil water-blended gathering system,which provides theoretical basis for the adjustment of crude oil water-blended gathering parameters in other oilfields.
