摘 要:通过对杏北油田3座转油放水站污水沉降罐管路偏流进行分析发现,污水沉降罐工艺流程在进出口管路非对称情况下容易出现管路偏流现象,且因管路非对称形式不同,管路偏流形式及程度也不同。管路偏流对管道使用年限、污水沉降效果、生产管理等方面产生了不同程度的影响,为此,制定包括设计及施工管控、局部优化改造、跟踪管理等管路偏流的预防及治理措施,可为已建及未来建设的转油放水站污水沉降罐管路设计、施工及管理提供借鉴。Through the analysis of the sewage settling tank pipeline bias flow in 3 transfer stations of Xingbei Oilfield,it is found that in the process flow of sewage settling tanks,bias flow is easy to occur when the inlet and outlet pipelines are not symmetric.And the forms and degrees of pipeline bias flow are different according to different symmetric forms of pipelines.Pipeline bias flow has different degrees of influences on pipeline's service life,sewage settling effect,production and management.Therefore,prevention and treatment measures of pipeline bias flow such as design and construction control,local optimization and transformation,and track management,which can provide reference for the design,construction and management of the sewage settling tank pipelines in existing and future transfer stations.
