摘  要:油气田地面工程建设的标准化设计、工厂化预制、模块化施工、机械化作业和信息化管理(以下简称"五化")是提升建设效率、保证施工质量、满足业主要求、加强管理创新的具体探索和体现。近年来,油气田地面建设系统大力推进"五化"管理,提出了建设"数字油气田"的发展目标。大庆油田作为我国陆上最大的油田,在油气田地面工程建设上通过分析管理现状,在"五化"管理上开展探索与实践,将项目设计、采办、预制、施工等各阶段工作深度整合,提升了"五化"管理水平。当前,建设项目"全生命周期管理、全数字化移交和全智能化运营"的发展目标,对油气田地面工程"五化"管理提出了更高要求。提升"五化"管理水平应通过政策引导支持、加快人才培养、理顺体制机制、实施合作双赢、推进信息化建设等途径来实现。In oil and gas field surface engineering construction,standardized design,factory prefabrication,modular construction,mechanical operation and informatization management(hereinafter referred to as Five Standardization)are detailed exploration and embodiment of improving construction efficiency,guaranteeing construction quality,meeting the requirements of the owner,and strengthening management innovation.In recent years,the oil and gas field surface engineering construction system has actively promoted Five Standardization management,and the development goal of constructing digital oil and gas field is proposed.As the largest inland oilfield in China and by analyzing management status,in oil and gas field surface engineering construction Daqing Oilfield has carried out exploration and practice on Five Standardization management,deeply integrated different stages of work such as project design,procurement,prefabrication and construction,and improved the management level of Five Standardization.At present,the project targets of"full life cycle management,full digital turnover and complete intelligent operation"has put forward higher request of Five Standardization.To bring the management level of Five Standardization to a higher level,it is important to enhance policy guidance and support,accelerate personnel training,rationalize system and mechanism,carry out win-win cooperation and advance information construction.
