摘  要:为了增强儿童、老年人等群体独自出行的安全性,设计一种基于智能移动终端的家庭成员安全监护系统。该系统结合了移动互联网、智能终端操作系统、GNSS定位、地理围栏等技术,实现对被监护者的实时定位和测速,并根据被监护者是否超速、是否摔倒和是否超出虚拟围栏范围等,对监护者的安全状态进行判断并自动发出预警。系统以SuperMap为空间分析和服务平台,进行基于Android的移动智能系统开发。经测试,系统功能完善,性能稳定,有助于提高被监护人员的人身安全,有良好的应用价值和应用前景。In order to enhance the safety of children and the elderly and other groups to travel alone,a safety monitoring system based on intelligent mobile terminals for family members is designed.Based on the mobile internet,intelligent terminal operating system,wireless positioning,geo-fencing technology,the system implements these functions,such as the real-time positioning and the velocity measurement of wards,whether the ward is speeding,falling,and whether the ward is in a safe geo-fence and automatical alert.The system takes SuperMap as the space analysis and service platform,and develops the mobile intelligent system based on Android.After testing,the system function is perfect,the performance is stable,and the application system is helpful to improve the personal safety of family members,which has good application value and application prospect.
