摘　　要：本文针对当前"卓越计划"背景下测绘地理信息人才培养质量评价与监控体系存在的企业参与度低、互动性差、反馈机制不完善、实施细节不具体等问题进行了分析与探讨,提出了构建多元化、多主体参与以及校内外一体化相结合的测绘地理信息人才培养质量评价与监控体系,真正实现符合社会需求的测绘地理信息人才培养目标,为提高测绘地理信息人才培养质量提供有益的借鉴。This paper analyzes and discusses the problems such as low participation degree of enterprise,poor interaction,imperfect feedback mechanism and implementation details,presenting the current quality evaluation and monitoring system of tanlent training major in mapping engineering and geographic information talents.In order to solve the current problems,it develops a multi-subject participation quality evaluation and monitoring system of talent training major in mapping engineering and geographic information.The proposed system truly realizes the objectives of mapping engineering and geographic information talents training and meets the social needs of the talents major in mapping engineering and geographic information science.
