摘 要:对组织公民行为进行分类研究是近年国内外学者研究的新趋势。顺从型组织公民行为与挑战型组织公民行为代表了组织公民行为理论细化研究的两个分类。目前国内外学术界对挑战型组织公民行为形成的情境逻辑或其成因的解构,尚不够全面系统。通过分析目前国内外对挑战型组织公民已有研究,指出其不足,并依据费德勒权变模型进行理论推理,尝试构建出由领导者职位权力、上下级关系、任务结构以及绩效管理方式等四个不同情境下挑战型组织公民行为的理论分析体系,并对未来研究方向进行相应的展望。Categorized study of organizational citizenship behavior is a new research trend by domestic and foreign scholars in recent years.Affiliate-oriented organizational citizenship behavior and challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior represent two categories in the refinement study of organizational citizenship behavior theory.However,at present,the contextual logic for the formation of challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavioror the deconstructionfor its causesis not comprehensive and systematic studied enough bythe academia.By analyzing the existing studies on challenge-oriented organizational citizenship behavior at home and abroad,this paper points out its shortcomings and does theoretical reasoning on the basis of federer contingency model.In addition,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis system of challenging organizational citizenship behavior inthe four different situations of leadership position power,superiors-subordinates relationship,task structure,and performance managementmethods.At last,the research direction in the future is prospected.
