摘　　要：攀枝花钢城集团利用瑞钢工业有限公司搬迁改造的时机,利用公司的渣钢、渣铁资源,建设一条大电炉炼钢生产线,年生产铸坯约52万t,生产优钢钢锭约8万t。实现了渣钢、渣铁资源的充分利用。Taking the opportunity of relocation and transformation of RuiGang Industries Company and utilizing the resources of slag steel and slag iron,the Panzhihua Gangcheng Group built a large EAF production line with an annual production capacity of 520 000 tons of steel billets and 80 000 tons of high quality ingots,which achieved comprehensive utilization of slag steel and slag iron resources.
