摘 要:为了探索松油烯-4-醇的杀虫毒力及杀虫机理,采用锥形瓶熏蒸法和点滴法,分别测定了松油烯-4-醇对蚕豆蚜虫的熏蒸和触杀毒力,并测定了松油烯-4-醇对蚕豆蚜虫Na+,K+-ATP酶活力的影响.结果表明:松油烯-4-醇对蚕豆蚜虫具有较强的熏蒸和触杀毒力,其LC50和LD50值分别为4. 834 2 mg/L,10. 282 7μg/aphid;松油烯-4-醇对蚜虫的Na^+,K^+-ATP酶具有明显的抑制作用,熏蒸和触杀处理后最高抑制率分别为75. 40%和77. 69%,抑制作用的强度与松油烯-4-醇的剂量存在正相关性.本研究为利用松油烯-4-醇开发成高效无污染的新型植物源农药提供了理论依据.The effects of terpinen-4-ol against aphids fumigation and contact toxicity were investigated.The results showed that terpinen-4-ol had intense fumigant activity and contact toxicity against aphids.The values of LC 50 and LD 50 were 4.834 2 mg/L and 10.282 7μg/aphid respectively.The effect of terpinen-4-ol on Na+,K+-ATPase activity in aphids was investigated in oder to understand the insecticidal mechanism.Terpinen-4-ol had significantly reduced Na+,K+-ATPase activity,the highest inhibition rate were 75.40%and 77.69%after treatment of fumigation and contact.When the dose of terpinen-4-ol increased,the inhibition enhanced.There was a significant correlation between dosage and inhibition.It would provide a theoretical basis for the use of terpinen-4-ol development into efficient pollution-free botanical pesticides.
