摘　　要：目的探讨武汉市人群中咽喉反流性疾病(1aryngopharyngeal reflux disease,LPRD)的患病情况,为该病的临床诊疗提供依据。方法采用分层和整群随机抽样的方法抽取武汉市城区居民小区18岁至90岁的居民3 000例,用反流症状指数评分量表(reflux symptom index,RSI)对其进行问卷调查,总分>13分为阳性,对LPRD患病的相关因素(性别、年龄、症状)进行分析。结果有效问卷2 980份,阳性199例,疑似LPRD的患病率为6.68%(199/2 980),其中男性患病率为7.18%(117/1 630),女性为6.07%(82/1 350),男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段组之间患病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中30～50岁年龄段患病率最高,为10.62%。持续清嗓(症状2)和咽喉异物感(症状8)与LPRD相关性最大。结论武汉市居民疑似LPRD患病率为6.68%,年龄、性别等因素与LPRD密切相关,持续清嗓和咽喉异物感两个症状在LPRD患者中最普遍。Objective To investigate the prevalence of laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD)in Wuhan.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 3,000 residents aged 18 to 90 in Wuhan urban residential areas by stratification and cluster random sampling.Reflux symptom index(RSI)was investigated,and the total score RSI>13 was positive,and related factors were analyzed.Results The prevalence rate of LPRD was 6.68%(199/2 980)in 2980 effective questionnaires and 199 positive ones.The prevalence rate was 7.18%in men(117/1 630)and 6.07%in women(82/1 350).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in prevalence among different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),with the highest prevalence between 30 and 50 years old.Persistent throat-clearing(symptom 2)and laryngopharyngeal foreign body sensation(symptom 8)were most correlated with LPRD.Conclusion The prevalence rate of LPRD in Wuhan is 6.68%,and multiple factors are closely related to LPRD.Constant cleaning of throat and globus sensation are the two main symptoms in LPRD patients.
