摘 要:为了解决HFW钢管焊缝在线热处理不充分而导致的钢管降级问题,设计了HFW钢管焊缝离线热处理设备。介绍了该离线热处理设备的主要结构及工作过程,并对离线热处理的X65钢级Φ273 mm×14.3 mm钢管焊缝进行了相关性能检测。检测结果表明,经离线热处理的钢管焊缝冲击韧性满足标准要求,表明该离线热处理设备能有效解决因钢管焊缝在线热处理不充分而导致的钢管降级问题。该设备离线放置,为半自动控制,结构简单,调节灵活,适用热处理的钢管范围广,参数控制稳定,使用成本较低。In order to solve the problem of HFW steel pipe degradation caused by insufficient online heat treatment of HFW steel pipe welds,an off-line heat treatment equipment for HFW steel pipe welds was designed.The main structure and working process of the offline heat treatment equipment were introduced,and the performance tests of the X65 gradeΦ273 mm×14.3 mm HFW steel pipe welds with offline heat treatment were carried out.The test results show that the impact toughness of the steel pipe welds subjected to offline heat treatment meets the standard requirements,indicating that the offline heat treatment equipment can effectively solve the problem of steel pipe degradation caused by insufficient online heat treatment.The equipment is placed off-line for semi-automatic control,with simple structure,flexible adjustment,wide application of steel pipes which suitable for heat treatment,stable parameter control and low cost of use.
