摘　　要：基于市政工程质量政府监督制度的发展及监督体系的构成,厘清市政工程质量政府监督职能定位及监督方式。结合市政工程质量监督机制存在的问题,在性质定位、法律法规、监督手段、处罚力度、检测抽测等诸多方面提出改进的对策和建议,以期探索一条具有市政工程特色的监管之路。This paper clarifies the orientation and supervision mode of the government supervision function of municipal engineering quality based on the development of the government supervision system of municipal engineering quality and the constitution of the supervision system.Then,combining with the problems faced by the quality supervision mechanism of municipal engineering,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improvement from the perspective of nature orientation,laws and regulations,supervision means,punishment,testing and sampling,etc,in order to explore a road of supervision with the characteristics of municipal engineering.
