摘　　要：设计公司PPP项目投资决策风险较高,较早进行风险管控将取得较好效果。从PPP投资业务战略发展规划决策及PPP项目投资机会决策两个方面,分别进行风险分析并提出相应的管控对策,最后提出PPP项目投资决策风险有效管控的三项建议,旨在助力设计公司实现PPP项目投资"拉动主业保增长、拓宽领域促转型"的发展目标。As the risk in the investment decision of design institute in PPP project is high,the earlier to control the risk,the better to decrease it.From two aspects of the investment business development planning decision and investment opportunity decision,this paper respectively analyses the risks and supplies the corresponding control methods,finally provides three suggestions to effectively control the risks for design institute,in order to accomplish driving the main business with growth goal and widening fields to promote transformation goal.
