摘　　要：建筑产业现代化处于大发展的机遇期,传统住宅向装配式住宅发展成为建筑业的必然选择。基于装配式住宅过程管理中存在的问题,运用工作分解结构(WBS)工具,将装配式住宅全寿命期阶段进行分解。结合集成理论,分析其全寿命期阶段间的集成关系,构建基于WBS的装配式住宅项目过程集成管理体系模型,以实现装配式住宅决策、设计、施工、运营的一体化管理。Construction industry modernization is in the period of strategic opportunities,the transformation from traditional housing to prefabricated housing has become the inevitable choice.Based on the problems during the process management of prefabricated housings,this paper uses the work breakdown structure(WBS)tool to decompose the whole life cycle of prefabricated housings.Combined with the theory of integration,analyzes the integration relationship between stages,establishes the model of integrated management system of project for prefabricated housing,in order to realize integrated management of the decision,design,construction and operation by decomposing the whole life cycle stage of prefabricated housings.
