摘　　要：分析我国建筑业农民工职业化素质影响因素,然后通过文献研究、相关报告解读的方式,结合江苏省多个城市建筑工地的抽样调查数据,分析当前我国建筑业农民工职业化素质的现状。根据国家及地区的相关政策,分析建筑业农民工职业化素质面临的关键障碍,并提出相关建议。This paper analyzes the influencing factors of professional quality of migrant workers in China’s construction industry,then analyzes the current professional quality of migrant workers in China’s construction industry through the literature research,the interpretation of relevant reports,and the sample survey data of construction sites in several cities in Jiangsu.Combined with some national and regional policies,analyzes the key barriers to the professional quality of migrant workers in construction industry,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
