摘　　要：目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)与中性粒细胞百分比(N%)对术后感染的诊断价值。方法分析我院649例骨科术后患者的PCT,CRP及N%结果,并对三者在术后感染中的诊断价值进行比较。结果以N%作为判断术后感染的标准,N%与PCT的结果显示有一致性(Kappa=0. 487,P <0. 05),与CRP的结果显示也有一致性(Kappa=0. 416,P<0. 05)。结论 PCT与CRP均为术后感染的重要指标。To investigate the value of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and neutrophils percentages(N%)in the diagnosis of postoperative infection.The results of PCT,CRP and N%in 649 patients with orthopedic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.The diagnostic value of the three indexes for postoperative infection was statistically compared.Taking N%as a standard of judgment of postoperative infection,PCT and CRP levels show consistency with N%(Kappa=0.487 and 0.416,respectively).Both PCT and CRP are important indicators of postoperative infection.
