非交联玻尿酸复合氨甲环酸局部注射治疗外伤后皮肤色素沉着临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨局部注射非交联玻尿酸复合氨甲环酸治疗外伤后皮肤色素沉着临床疗效及对患者内皮素1(ET-1)和白细胞介素1(IL-1)水平的影响。方法 64例外伤后皮肤色素沉着患者按照随机数字表法分为2组各32例。对照组予离子喷雾导入、局部外用壳聚糖中药治疗,观察组予非交联玻尿酸复合氨甲环酸局部注射治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组治疗总有效率、疗效满意率及血浆ET-1、血清IL-1水平,观察不良反应情况。结果观察组疗效满意率高于对照组(P <0. 05),两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后观察组血浆ET-1和血清IL-1水平低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗过程中,两组均无明显不良反应,药物治疗安全性好。结论局部注射非交联玻尿酸复合氨甲环酸治疗外伤后皮肤色素沉着效果良好,疗效满意率高,而且能够降低机体ET-1、IL-1水平,不良反应轻微,临床上值得应用。To explore the clinical curative efficacy of local injection with compound preparations of non cross-linked hyaluronic acid and tranexamic acid in the treatment of patients with posttraumatic skin pigmentation and the influences of the injection on levels of endothelin 1(ET-1)and interleukin 1(IL-1).Sixty-four patients with posttraumatic skin pigmentation were randomly divided into observation or control group,32 in each group.The control group was treated with ion spray introduction and local application of chitosan while the observation group was treated with local injection with compound preparations of non cross-linked hyaluronic acid and tranexamic acid.After 3 months of the treatments,the total therapeutic efficacy rate,satisfactory rate of curative effect,plasma levels of ET-1 and serum levels of IL-1 were compared between the two groups.The adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.The satisfactory rate of curative effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)while no statistically significant difference in the total therapeutic efficacy rate was found between the two groups(P>0.05).In comparison with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of plasma ET-1 and serum IL-1 after treatment(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions,and safety of the drugs was well.Local injection with compound preparations of non cross-linked hyaluronic acid and tranexamic acid has a good curative efficacy in the treatment of patients with posttraumatic skin pigmentation.The satisfactory rate of curative effect is high and it can reduce levels of ET-1 and IL-1 with minor adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
