摘 要:以汽车用ZL101A铝合金为基体,在氨基磺酸盐镀液体系中制备了Ni-Co合金,并采用单一变量法考察了工艺因素对合金镀层硬度的影响。结果表明:合金镀层的硬度随着氨基磺酸钴和糖精钠浓度增加以及电流密度增大呈先升高后降低的趋势,随着镀液温度升高呈升高趋势,而随着镀液pH值升高呈降低趋势。采用最优镀液配方和最优工艺条件制备出的组织致密、Co含量为32.46%的Ni-Co合金镀层,其硬度达到428.7 HV,是汽车用ZL101A铝合金硬度的4倍以上。Ni-Co alloy was prepared on the substrate of ZL101A aluminum alloy from sulfamate bath.The influences of process parameters on the hardness of the coatings were investigated by single variable method.The results showed that the hardness of alloy coatings increased first and then decreased with the increase of the concentration of cobalt sulfamate,sodium saccharin and current density.Moreover,the hardness increased with the rise of the bath temperature,and decreased with the rise of bath pH value.A compact Ni-Co alloy coating containing 32.46 wt%Co was prepared using the optimal bath formula and optimal process conditions,its hardness can reach to 428.7 HV,which was 4 times of higher than that of ZL101A aluminum alloy for automobile.
