摘 要:为实现氰化镀银废水的高效、安全和可靠处理,通过研究氰化镀银废水处理流程,优化设计了一种适于中小企业运营管理的自动化电镀废水处理系统,并研制与之配套的远程处理终端和上位机软件。结果表明,所开发的氰化镀银废水处理系统具有操作简单、破氰彻底和经济效益可观等优点,银回收效率不低于94.4%,总氰化物排放满足国家相关标准的限值规定。In order to realize efficient,safe and reliable treatment of cyanide silver electroplating wastewater,a automated wastewater treatment system for the operation and management of SMEs was optimized by studying on wastewater treatment process,and the terminal RTU and PC software have been developed.Results show that the developed cyanide silver electroplating wastewater treatment system has the advantages of simple operation,complete destruction of cyanide and considerable economic benefits,and the silver recovery efficiency is not less than 94.4%,the total cyanide emission can meet the requirements of the relevant national standards.
