新世纪西班牙男子网球运动竞技优势形成机制

摘　　要：以系统科学中协同分析的视角,探讨西班牙男子网球运动竞技优势形成机制,结果表明:新世纪以来西班牙男子网球运动竞技优势明显;良好的网球运动发展环境、众多高水平的教练员队伍、科学化的人才选拨体系、网球名人"帮、带、扶"的榜样作用、红土场地训练构成了竞技优势形成的动力要素;开展条件与育人模式的协同、训练与竞赛的协同、运动人才之间的协同、"红土"训练与"硬地"训练的协同是竞技优势获取与保持的主要协同路径。From the perspective of synergy analysis in system science,the author explored the competitive advantage formation mechanism of Spanish men’s tennis,and revealed the following findings:since the new century,the competitive advantages of Spanish men’s tennis have been significant;nice tennis development environments,a lots of high caliber coach teams,scientific talent selection systems,such model functions of tennis celebrities as“helping,guiding and supporting”,and a solid skill foundation built by clay court training,have formed the driving elements for competitive advantage formation;the synergy of development conditions and people education modes,the synergy of training and competition,the synergy between sports talents,and the synergy of clay court training and hard court training,are the main synergy paths for the obtaining and maintaining of competitive advantages of Spanish men’s tennis.
