摘　　要：二战结束初期,美国在"援蒋"的同时积极调处国共争端,从表面上看似乎是矛盾的。今天美国对台政策亦存在矛盾,其声称坚持"一个中国"政策,但又根据所谓的"与台湾关系法"干涉中国内政,以关切台湾安全为由售台武器。学界对此已提出诸多解释,但唯独对国际结构二重性缺乏深入研究。事实上,国际结构二重性将导致行为体间关系的二重性(内在张力),这一假说可以二战结束初期美国对华政策和当前美国与台湾地区关系进行验证。二战结束初期美国对华政策正是在美苏结构之下产生的,当前美国与台湾地区关系亦深受国际结构二重性的影响。In the early days after World War II,the United States actively mediated the dispute between the Kuomintang and the Chinese Communist Party while“aiding Chiang”,which,on the surface,seems contradictory.Today,its policy towards Taiwan also proves to be contradictory as it claims to adhere to the“one China”policy while,under its so-called“Taiwan Relations Act”,interfering in China s internal affairs and selling weapons to Taiwan on the grounds of concern for Taiwan security.So far,scholars have put forward a lot of interpretations on these contradictions,but only failed to make an in-depth study on the duality of international structure.In fact,the duality of international structure will lead to the duality(internal tension)of the relations between the actors,which can be verified by the US policy towards China in the early days after World War II and the current US-Taiwan relations.Evently,it is under the US-Soviet structure that American policy towards China came into being in the early days after World War II,whereas the current US-Taiwan relations are deeply influenced by the duality of international structure.
