摘 要:高速铁路系杆拱桥拱肋预拱度的设置方法决定着成桥后拱肋的线形及全桥受力情况。本文提出了一种新的拟合预拱度设置方法,弥补了规范中有支架悬链线拱肋施工预拱度设置的空缺。该方法所得数值与利用桥梁光电挠度仪进行现场实时监测得到的挠度相符,准确性高且保留了悬链线线形,便于施工。使用MIDAS/Civil建立有限元施工仿真模型计算在吊杆张拉工况下L/2拱肋各控制点考虑各种影响因素设置的预拱度,进一步验证了新的拟合预拱度设置方法。The setting method of the pre-camber of arch rib of tied arch bridge on high speed railway determines the alignment of arch rib after completion and the stress condition of the whole bridge.A new method of f itting pre-camber setting was proposed in this paper,which made up for the vacancy of pre-camber setting in the construction of bracket catenary arch rib in the specif ication.The numerical results obtained by this method were in accordance with the actual def lection obtained by the on-site real-time monitoring with the bridge photoelectric def lection meter.The method has high accuracy and retains the catenary line,which is convenient for research and construction.The software of MIDAS/Civil was used to establish f inite element construction simulation model to calculate the pre-camber value of L/2 arch rib considering various inf luencing factors under suspender tension condition.The new f itting pre-camber setting method was further verif ied.Accurate setting of pre-camber plays a key technical role in ensuring the high quality construction of tied arch bridge on high speed railway.The new f itting method of pre-camber setting can provide certain reference for similar projects.
