摘  要:以壳聚糖、烯丙基缩水甘油醚和低含氢硅油为基础原料,通过开环反应将烯丙基缩水甘油醚接枝到壳聚糖分子上,再在氯铂酸催化剂作用下,通过硅氢加成将壳聚糖分子引入硅氧烷分子链上,合成了抗菌聚硅氧烷。采用红外光谱和核磁共振谱对其结构进行表征,探讨了抗菌聚硅氧烷的细胞毒性及对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠球菌的抗菌效果。结果表明,抗菌聚硅氧烷生物相容性好、安全无毒、刺激性小、稳定不易变质,对3种细菌的抑制率都大于99%,具有很好的抗菌效果和持久抗菌性。Using chitosan,allyl glycidyl ether and partly methyl hydrogen sililone fluid as raw materials,allyl glycidyl ether was grafted onto chitosan molecules by ring opening reaction,and antimicrobial polysiloxane was synthesized by introducing chitosan into siloxane chain through hydrosilylation under the action of chloroplatinic acid catalyst.The structure of antibacterial polysiloxane was characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR.The cytotoxicity of antibacterial polysiloxane and the antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were investigated.The results indicated that the product was biocompatible,safe,non-toxic,no irritation and stable.The inhibition rate to three kinds of bacteria was more than 99%,which had good antibacterial effect and durable antibacterial property.
